Allways Garage Services provide garage, breakdown and recovery services to several of the major motoring clubs and to private customers. Based on Alconbury Airfield within half a mile of A14 and A1 Allways are ideally located to provide fast and effective support its customers 24 hours a day.

Allways Garage Services strives to provide a quality Breakdown and Recovery Service to motoring organisations, their members and the general public. We endeavour to maintain a safe, friendly and professional service at all times.
 
The Team

At Allways Garage Services we take both customer service and Staff training very seriously. Customers are the core of our Business so delivering a good level of service is paramount to retain present customers and gain new business.
 
The Team of Recovery and Breakdown staff are all IVR, PAS 43 compliant and Sector 17 Highways approved. We pride ourselves in our own training program set as required to achieve our high fix rate and prompt response to our customer's requirements. All of our recovery drivers are trained to carry out various forms of RTA work, this includes hi-ab training and RTA recovery courses. Due to the high level and the quality of training we are able to undertake such work in an organised, safe and professional manner.
 
The Administrative staff use highly Sophisticated Computer Technology and are Trained in the efficient use of Turbo Dispatch and GPS to monitor the movements of our Staff. This provides the smooth and effective running of the Breakdown and Recovery Service.
 
You can be assured that be it you want to book your car in for a Service, or you are a Business customer wanting a movement of an Articulated Lorry, both the admin staff and Mechanics/Recovery drivers are Fully trained and professional and will keep you updated on the progress of the work.
 

 

Company Mission Statement

 

It is the aim of Allways Garage Services Ltd to provide a safe and efficient working environment for our employees and club members. We are continually looking to expand our club's service patches to provide a greater and more geographically consistent working area.
 
We aim to do this by having a working ethic of continuous assessment, improvement and training. We feel this is an essential foundation for expansion as providing a high level of service to our existing contracts always helps with the acquisition of new ones.
 

 History

 

Allways Garage Services have been in business since 1987 and started of in a small 2 bay workshop and yard. In 2001 we were fast outgrowing the site so we relocated to new workshops in Huntingdon to Cater for the ever growing Commercial and car repairs we were doing. By 2006 our reputation among the clubs and private customers had increased our workload to such an extent we realised we needed further room for our increasing fleet of vehicles and more workshop bays to conduct our HGV repairs in. In February 2006 we relocated to a 10,0000 square ft site on Alconbury Airfield which provided us with the space we needed.
